Privacy policy
How information is handled when you use ontons.com.

Information we handle
You can browse public market tools without creating an account. When an authorised administrator signs in with Google, we receive the Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image needed to identify the administrator and maintain the session. We also create a security token to protect administrative actions.
Our hosting and network providers may process standard technical request information to deliver and secure the service. We do not currently run advertising or audience analytics.
How we use information
- Provide and secure administrator access.
- Operate, troubleshoot and protect the website and its data services.
- Meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Administrator session records are stored in the application database until they expire or the administrator signs out and the record is removed. The default session duration is 24 hours, but the operator can configure it. Operational records are retained only as long as needed for security, maintenance and legal requirements.
Service providers and external links
Google processes administrator sign-in under Google's own privacy terms. Infrastructure providers process data needed to host and deliver the service. Market, news and event sources linked from the website have their own privacy practices; following a link takes you to a service we do not control.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority. Clearing browser data removes the cookie-notice preference; signing out ends an active administrator session.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.
